The evidence for myofascial release is even worse. You cannot change fascia with mechanical pressure. Please provide your evidence that myofascial release enhances performance.

We can improve short term mobility with dynamic and static stretching but short term mobility changes does not equate lower injury risk or improvements in strength or power output.
