Thank you, Sophie. I completely agree with your thoughts. Behavior change is challenging and takes time. Gym memberships spike then fall in January and February and diets rarely have long-term success for these reasons. We can't just shout the benefits of exercise but need to consider the barriers and enjoyment factors. This is why I despise all the "gurus" who create more barriers to exercise through fear mongering and telling people there is a "right" way to move (which you can learn if you pay for there program or book...)
