Thank you for sharing your perspective and experience. I've had many patients relay similar difficulties with the exercise bike and machines. Are you able to do any of the squat variations in small doses (light weight, short reps, and small range of motion)? Graded exposure and a gradual incrase in activity can often help with chronic pain.
