Some of his content is fine but there is nothing special about knees over toes. I don’t think anyone should purposefully avoid it, as it’s needed for deep squatting, and you can target quads specifically with reverse nordics and sissy squats, but they are not necessary or the only way to strengthen your quads and improve knee resilience.
He is ultimately trying to build an audience to sell stuff. He has a niche that he triples down on.
