Only a little shoulder soreness after the first one. I had about 8 hours of migraine like symptoms day three after the second shot. Being that long after, I am not sure if the symptoms were due to the shot or general fagitue (it was the end of the week and my daughter was 3 months old and believed sleep was optional at the time).
