One thing I really liked about Barking up the Wrong Tree was how Barker presented both sides of the argument. As Jordan Ellenburg wrote in his book "How Not to Be Wrong: The Power of Mathematical Thinking," "Believe whatever you believe by day, but at night, argue against the propositions you hold most dear." When books challenge our mindsets but leave room for doubt and uncertainty, it fosters more growth and development.
I have read 4 of the books on the list and agree they are valuable. I will have to add Deep Wrok, Bad Blood, and The Making of a Manager to my list. Thank you!
