My point is without consistency, results will not be achieved. A Tabata is fantatastic workout (provided it is a true Tabata, which is a cycling protocol, not any exercise at a 20:10 workout to rest ratio), however, a single Tabata performed every few weeks will make little difference.
If someone is willing to perform low intensity exercise daily or high intensity one a week, the former will provide more beenfits.
