I stand by my statement. Fasting limits muscle growth potential. It is difficult to retain muscle when fasting. Possible, but difficult. For my personal goals, fasting is not the best choice.

The point of a dietary habit is dependent on your goals. For many people, the primary point of daily fasting is calorie restriction.
