I like the quick reference to acting on what you read. Simply reading scores of book is meaningless of no learning or subsequent change in action resulted. I find this often happens in business with leadership books. I markup my books and copy notes and underlined passages into a commonplace book. The porcess has been valuable and significantly improved my retention of content.
