I disagree about the title not representing the body. Many of my posts on Newbreak have flopped (far worse than on Medium). I prefer Medium over Newsbreak for many of the reasons listed: environment, types of stories, constructive feedback, desire to learn rather than confirm biases. I use the article as a case study to show the power of a headline.
I do not understand your third point. Are you saying it is a problem that I am fighting misinformation about MRIs. Research is clear that in the case of pain and musculoskeletal injuries, MRIs are harmful. They worsen outcomes and waste healthcare dollars.
Upon reflection and after getting feedback from other writers, I question if the title is clickbait. I provide a fact rather than saying something along the lines of "if you are getting this exam, you may be hurting yourself." I am upfront with the subject of the story. MRIs often cause harm.
Lastly, I always welcome all comments. I will ignore comments of people who clearly did not read the material or are attacking me as a writer. You read the article and raised concerns you have. I am happy to respond and engage in a dialogue.
