I completely agree. I didn't say you can't get hurt lifting with a rounded back. Anything can be dangerous in certain contexts. It is dangerous to walk with an open leg fracture, but I will still say walking in general is safe. Health isn't binary. If someone makes a claim of an effect, such as a movement cause an injury, then evidence is needed to support the claim. I'm saying the movement itslef isn't inherently dangerous. Some dituations may increase injury risk, though, as will any movement .
