I am not saying eating a bowl of cane sugar or ultraprocessed foods is supplying fiber. I mention in the article the sources of carbohydrate does matter and whole foods should be prioritized.

The low carb craze often demonizes all carbohydrates and lumps them with sugar.

The misunderstanding of sugar and how it is categorized is why I wrote the article and chose that headline. Even table sugar is not poison by itself. The dosage always matters.
